This is the application for the Artist-Run Businesses practising in Arts or Heritage level of membership. Membership Fee: $95/year (includes membership in Guelph Arts Council) For assisted website membership, add an additional $35/ year. You should submit this membership application form online. However, a hard copy needs to be printed and sent with a cheque for your membership fee (made payable to Guelph Arts Council) and a signed copy of the Member Agreement(see Documents section) to: Guelph Arts Council 404-147 Wyndham St N, Guelph, ON N1H 4E9 (519) 836-3280 info@guelpharts.ca (Updated December 7, 2006)
