Highway 401 (west from Toronto, east from London) - Travel north on the Hanlon expressway (Highway 6 N) until you come to the Wellington Street exit. Travel east on Wellington Street until you come to the lights at Edinburgh Road. Turn left at the lights and travel north on Edinburgh Road. At the next set of lights turn right on to Waterloo Avenue. Travel east on Waterloo Avenue for approximately 4 blocks. The museum is on the corner of Waterloo Avenue and Dublin Street. The parking lot entrance is off of Waterloo Avenue and the front door is on Dublin Street.

Highway 7 (east from Kitchener Waterloo) - Travel east on Highway 7 which becomes Woodlawn Road in
Guelph. At the lights at Edinburgh Road turn right. Travel south on Edinburgh Road for approximately 5 kilometres. Turn left at the lights at the intersection at Edinburgh Road and Waterloo Avenue. Travel east on Waterloo Avenue for approximately 4 blocks. The museum is on the corner of Waterloo Avenue and Dublin Street. The parking lot entrance is off of Waterloo Avenue and the front door is on Dublin Street.

Highway 7 (west from Acton and Georgetown) - Travel west on Highway 7 which becomes York Road in
Guelph. Continue on York Road for approximately 4 kilometres. Turn right on to Wyndham Street (there is no light but just a curve in the road). At the lights at Wyndham Street and Wellington Street turn left and travel west. At the next set of lights turn right on to Gordon Street and travel north. At the lights at Waterloo Avenue turn left and travel west for 1 block. The museum is on the corner of  Waterloo Avenue and Dublin Street . The parking lot entrance is off of Waterloo Avenue and the front door is on Dublin Street.Highway 6 (south from Fergus and Elora) - Travel south on Highway 6 which becomes Woolwich Street in Guelph. At the first set of lights turn right on to Woodlawn Road. Travel west on Woodlawn Road. At the lights at Edinburgh Road turn left. Travel south on Edinburgh Road for approximately 5 kilometres. Turn left at the lights at the intersection on Edinburgh Road and Waterloo Avenue. Travel east on Waterloo Avenue for approximately 4 blocks. Highway 86 (south from Elmira) - Travel south on Highway 86 which becomes Elmira Road in Guelph. Turn left on to Woodlawn Road. Travel east on Woodlawn Road. At the lights on Edinburgh Road turn right. Travel south on Edinburgh Road for approximately 5 kilometres. Turn left at the lights at the intersection on Edinburgh Road and Waterloo Avenue. Travel east on Waterloo Avenue for approximately 4 blocks. The museum is on the corner of Waterloo Avenue and Dublin Street. The parking lot entrance is off of Waterloo Avenue and the front door is on Dublin Street.

Highway 24 (north from Cambridge) - Travel north on Highway 24 which becomes Wellington Street in
Guelph. Turn left at the lights on Edinburgh Roadand travel north. At the next set of lights turn right on to Waterloo Avenue. Travel east on Waterloo Avenue for approximately 4 blocks. The museum is on the corner of Waterloo Avenue and Dublin Street. The parking lot entrance is off of Waterloo Avenue and the front door is on Dublin Street.

Highway 24 (south from Erin) - Travel south on Highway 24 which becomes Eramosa Road in Guelph. Travel east on Eramosa Road for approximately 5 kilometres until you come to the lights at Woolwich Street. Turn left at the lights on Woolwich Street and travel south. Turn right at the lights on MacDonnell Street. Travel west down MacDonnell Street to you come to lights at Norfolk Street (in front of the Church of our Lady). Turn light at the lights and travel south on Norfolk Street.  At the next set of light Norfolk Street changes name to Gordon Street. Turn right at these lights on to Waterloo Avenue. Travel west on Waterloo Avenue for 1 block. The museum is on the corner of Waterloo Avenue and Dublin Street. The parking lot entrance is off of Waterloo Avenue and the front door is on Dublin Street.
