Join the Guelph Arts Council for a serioes of great workshops!

Guelph, ON  March 6, 2013- Guelph Arts Council is pleased to announce the launch of a series of social media workshops with Lynn Broughton of Lynn Be Social. These workshops are designed for the social media novice who is looking for new ways to promote their art, skills, and events, but is not quite sure where to start.

These hands-on workshops will be delivered in succession and each will focus on a different social media platform. Workshops will be held on March 21^st (Facebook 101), April 3^rd (Twitter 101), and April 18^th (Linkedin 101). The goal of these workshops is for participants to walk away with a new or enhanced profile. Lynn will also provide instruction about how to use social media to improve your online presence, build your network, and connect with artists and patrons.

If you are new to social media or if you just want some help, these workshops are for you! Each workshop will take place at the Guelph Arts Council office from 6-8pm. Workshops will be $25 each for Guelph Arts Council members and $30 for non-members.  Sign up for one or all of the workshops by calling Guelph Arts Council at 519-836-3280.
