Whitestone Gallery is an artist-run collective which features a wide variety of artistic talent. New artwork is presented monthly. The front gallery features the work of a single artist, the middle gallery shows works by all the members and the third area belonging to Vessels. Vessels is the pottery business of Goldie Sherman offering interesting, colourful and sometimes whimsical ceramic items as well as pottery lessons.
Whitestone Gallery is open Monday to Saturday 11 am to 5 pm. A member artist attends the Gallery Fridays and Saturdays to discuss the art and help with inquiries.
The guelpharts.ca / wellingtonarts.ca site was founded by the Edward Johnson Music Foundation, Guelph Arts Council and Guelph Museums with the support of the Ontario Ministry of Citizenship and Immigration through the Volunteer @ction.online program. The site is managed by Guelph Arts Council, and serves the areas of Guelph and Wellington County located in Ontario, Canada.
