SUMMARY:March Break Arts Explosion Camp - Guelph Dance
DESCRIPTION:A variety of Arts activities such as Dance\, Music\, Visual Art\, Theatre\, Mindfulness\, Yoga and Story Creation taught by exceptional teaching artists\, for campers currently in JK-Gr. 5 \nProgramming will be offered to campers JK-Grade 5. Due to capacity limits\, limited spots will be available. \nAll Covid -19 health protocols mandated by public health at the time of camp will be strictly followed. Currently it will include daily screening when dropping off campers\, mask- wearing\, social distancing\, regular hand washing and sanitization of equipment and surfaces. Proof of vaccination is required for volunteers (ages 12 and up)\, staff and instructors. There will only be two groups of campers who will stay co-horted for the duration and these groups will have a maximum of 15 campers each. \nREGISTRATION NOW OPEN – Click Here!\nCost: \n$255/week (sibling discount 5%) \nHours: \n9:30-3:30 (scheduled arts activities) \nPre-camp care: \n8:30-9:30 (free and optional) \nPost-camp care: \n3:30-4:30 (free and optional) \nAdditional post-camp care: TBD Based on need \nFriday Open house: \nDue to the variety of regulations in place because of COVID -19 there will be no open house for this Arts Explosion Camp \nTypical Schedule: \nA typical day starts with campers arriving between 8:30-9:30 am\, during which time\, there is supervised play. The scheduled arts activities begin at 9:30\, typically two activities before lunch and two activities after lunch. Lunch is supervised and camper will remain in their co-horts and followed by supervised outdoor play. Because we go outside\, please ensure your child has adequate clothing for a variety of weather situations.
