SUMMARY:Filmmaking March Break Camp
DESCRIPTION:Ages: 10-14 \nCalling all future filmmakers! This March Break\, Ed Video is offering a fun and engaging filmmaking day camp where campers can get creative in a hands-on exploration of the filmmaking process. Instructed by Jaden Howson\, campers will learn skills in storyboarding\, camera use\, sound recording\, prop making\, lighting\, green screen and video editing. In using these skills\, campers will work together to shoot their own short films and they will be screened for parents and guardians on the final day of camp! \nCamp will run from 11am-5pm\, Monday\, March 13th to Friday\, March 17th at Ed Video Media Arts Centre (404 York Road\, Guelph ON). This camp is designed for youth aged 10-14 years of age. The cost of the camp is $200. Siblings can register at a discounted rate of $350 for both campers. Limited enrollment. DESCRIPTION:Do you like to doodle? Do you want to try something new? Are you looking for a space for making art? If you answered yes to any of these questions\, we have just the program for you at the Art Gallery of Guelph!\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nBeginning March 22\, we invite teens ages 13 – 19 to come hang out at the art gallery every second Wednesday from 4 – 6 pm (see calendar below for exact dates). This is an open and diverse space for gently guided creativity and gathering with friends\, where no artistic experience is required. AGG’s programming team will lead participants through specialized projects and will be available for support throughout all sessions. Teens are invited bring their own projects or experiment with the materials provided\, and most of all\, to come as you are. Participants will also have the chance to help decide and plan what art projects the group explores together\, including brainstorming a name for this new creative crew. We want to hear from you!
