DESCRIPTION:Get ready to add some extra sparkle to your Pride celebrations in Guelph! We’re thrilled to announce that Fay & Fluffy will join us at the Guelph Youth Music Centre on Saturday\, June 15 at 10:30am for a Drag Storytime and Singalong! With some big wigs and wild and colourful outfits\, Fay & Fluffy bring lots of sparkle to every show\, getting kids excited to read\, learn\, and laugh. Admission is free\, but make sure to reserve your tickets in advance as space is limited! Don’t miss out on what is sure to be a fabulous experience! \nDrag stars Fay Slift + Fluffy Soufflé have been doing drag storytimes since June 2016. Their special events focus on books\, songs and include lots of laughs to show that Reading is FUN-damental! They especially want to support families with LGBTQ2S parent(s) and gender variant children\, and read culturally diverse books\, by providing a supportive and inclusive environment focused on fun.

SUMMARY:Art on the Street 2024
DESCRIPTION:Art on the Street is co-presented with Downtown Guelph Business Association and features contemporary fine art and craft. The juried event has grown since 2003 to become Guelph’s largest outdoor exhibition and sale. Art on the Street spotlights talent within the regional arts community and offers a fresh-air art experience for Guelph’s residents and visitors. Each year\, established and emerging artists showcase their works to several thousand visitors in temporary\, open-air studios. Art on the Street is a free event which welcomes art lovers of all ages. \nThis year Art on the Street is taking place June 22nd 2024\, 10am to 5pm.
