DESCRIPTION:The Image Makers is a free monthly gathering of vidyeo and cinema makers who are dedicated to the craft of moving imagery\, with a particular focus on lighting design. \nThe next Image Makers session will explore how to film low light scenes. Working with in-camera ISO settings as well as small accent lights (i.e. candlelight)\, we will work together to make a dark scene look good! \nWhile no formal instruction is provided\, this session is a great chance to meet new collaborators\, try new techniques\, push one another to new levels\, and keep skills fresh. \nPlease email workshops@edvideo.org with any questions and/or accessibility concerns.

DESCRIPTION:More information here \nJune 21st\, Guelph Civic Museum\, 12pm-5pm \nCelebrate Indigenous Culture and Excellence on National Indigenous Peoples Day with an afternoon of First Nations\, Inuit\, and Métis art\, song\, and dance. \nFeaturing Cedar Drummers\, a family drumming group with mixed Haudenosaunee and Anishinaabe ancestry\, and an Indigenous Market from 12:00 to 5 p.m. on the hilltop patio. \nShared in conjunction with Maawnjidyang Maa : We Come Together Here\, an exhibition curated by the Decolonizing Place Narratives Research Collective\, on view inside the Guelph Civic Museum. \nAll are welcome
