Guelph Male Choir starts Spring Season

Guelph Male Choir offers men in Guelph and area a non-auditioned community choir that sings a variety of works from spiritual, secular and silly repertoires.  Each season consists of weekly rehearsals and one concert.  Practice tracks are also provided for review between rehearsals.

POSTPONED: Guelph Chamber Choir presents John Rutter's Requiem JOHN RUTTER'S REQUIEM with GUELPH CHAMBER CHOIR: We close our season with one of John Rutter’s most moving works, his Requiem, which he wrote after the death of his own father. In it, Rutter combines both the traditional Latin liturgy alongside English biblical verses to create a work steeped in tradition, yet always viewed through a modern lens. The first half of this concert will feature Katerina Gimon’s beneath/sound for choir and chamber ensemble, and Mozart’s Laudate Dominum for soprano and choir.
