Aimee Copping
Aimee Copping is the creator/conductor of Blackball, a Sistema-inspired electronic music teaching system. Blackball delivers free electronic music teaching to underresourced community members. Aimee records and performs original music as Transstar. Transstar's debut album "Famous Door" was released by Park Music in 2019. A follow-up release is slated for 2021 release. In collaboration with Pros and Cons, a songwriting and recording project, Aimee Copping established a dedicated music production space at Grand Valley Institution For Women, and has produced two albums recorded inside the prison.
