Art on the Street returned to downtown Guelph on June 20, 2026, bringing together artists, visitors, volunteers, and community partners for a successful day celebrating contemporary fine art and craft.
Co-presented by the Downtown Guelph Business Association and Guelph Arts Council, the juried outdoor exhibition featured established and emerging artists from across the region. Throughout the day, visitors explored artist booths along Quebec and Cork Street and connected directly with artists about their work. This year’s official poster artwork was created by Neurons and Nebulas.
The Guelph Mural Festival also took place on Cork Street, featuring live mural painting from artists Abby Nowakowski, Alexa Collette, Juliana Lachance, Selina Muriel and Chantelle Dorafshani.
This year’s Art on the Street award recipients were:
- Best of Show and People’s Choice Award: Ivano Stocco
- Honourable Mention: Michelle Miller Jewellery
- Best Booth: Woven Hues
- Emerging Artist: Olivia Jaszczur
