Entering its 19th season. Tea ‘n’ Tales is a 14-week storytelling festival, hosted by the Guelph Guild of Storytellers and the Guelph Enabling Garden. The audience is entertained with an hour of adult -oriented tales from tellers from across Ontario and from the US. Originally focusing on seniors, the events are open to all, although young children would find the stories complex. In advance of the tellers, musicians, choral groups and singers entertain the assembly from 10:00 until 10:30. While unpredictable, Robert Munsch often attends and adds an impromptuy addition to our programme.
Free coffee and treats are provided (you are asked to bring your own mug and lawn chair).
While the event is free, donations to further the projects of the two organizations are always appreciated.
