Job Title: Manager of Arts and Museum Services
Reports to: Executive Director
Salary Range: $57,000.00 – $66,000.00
Hours: 37.5 hours per week (7.5 hours per day, 5 days per week;) primarily Monday to Friday however evenings, weekends, and special events may require working outside of these times.

Job Summary
Provides leadership, direction, and oversight for the organization’s arts, cultural, historical, archival, and heritage programs and services. Responsible for the strategic planning, administration, budgeting, and evaluation of departmental activities while supporting the preservation, promotion, and interpretation of Indigenous and Haudenosaunee arts, history, culture, traditions, language, and community stories. Oversees staff and fosters collaborative relationships with community members, knowledge keepers, artists, funding agencies, educational organizations, and other stakeholders.
