Beginning March 22, we invite teens ages 13 – 19 to come hang out at the art gallery every second Wednesday from 4 – 6 pm (see calendar below for exact dates). This is an open and diverse space for gently guided creativity and gathering with friends, where no artistic experience is required. AGG’s programming team will lead participants through specialized projects and will be available for support throughout all sessions. Teens are invited to bring their own projects or experiment with the materials provided, and most of all, to come as you are. Participants will also have the chance to help decide and plan what art projects the group explores together, including brainstorming a name for this new creative crew. We want to hear from you!
During the month of June, we will host our two final Youth Programs for this school year! On June 14, join us for collage and zine making; on June 28, join us for an art party and collaborative life drawing to celebrate the end of the school year! We appreciate registration, though drop-ins are always welcome.
Youth Programs will resume in the fall with the start of school.
