The Downtown Guelph Business Association (DGBA) invites the community to experience the magic of light and community spirit at Bright Nights OPENING NIGHT, taking place Saturday, November 15th from 6pm to 7pm in the heart of Downtown Guelph.
More than 5,000 sparkling bulbs have been installed along Quebec Street and St. George’s Square, transforming the downtown core into a radiant winter wonderland. This large-scale beautification project is just phase one of a four year project, designed to make Downtown Guelph a shining destination for years to come.
Join us for this historic lighting celebration, featuring live entertainment in St. George’s Square, roaming performers, and festive open houses and treats from local businesses on Quebec Street.
The evening promises to be an unforgettable one — Downtown Guelph will be buzzing with excitement as the Guelph Storm take on the Kitchener Rangers, drawing thousands to the area. Visitors are encouraged to arrive early and soak up the magic from 6pm.
