This workshop will take a look at how to get started at making documentaries, how to apply for different opportunities, and we will even work on potential pitch ideas. Come with a documentary idea in hand so we can work on exploring the idea and refining it. This workshop is BIPOC run for BIPOC participants. Participants are strongly encouraged to watch Minding the Gap by Bing Liu prior to the workshop. The documentary can be viewed through the following link: https://gem.cbc.ca/media/minding-the-gap.
