In this workshop, we will explore intuitive creativity by practicing how to connect inward and access your inner language.
A big part of working with both intuition and creativity is learning to get into flow with the inner signals that can guide your unique expression. We’ll explore specific approaches to doing this by noticing subtle inner signals and responding to them without overthinking. Through a series of guided exercises, we’ll practice connecting to the next step that feels right and gently bypassing the thinking mind by relaxing into the body, and allowing more to emerge.
This is a practice in noticing and responding, tuning into subtle cues and letting your intuition move through your creative process.
Artists of all disciplines are welcome. Whether you work with writing, visual art, music, movement, or another medium, this session will support your creative practice.
We will experiment with both writing and drawing during the workshop.
Gada Jane is a writer, performer, and psychic-intuitive. She served as the first Artistic Associate at Pat the Dog Theatre Centre and has collaborated on interdisciplinary film and theatre projects across Canada. She is the founder of The Predella Studio and previously ran the Predella Project, a local writing group supporting creative development. She is currently touring her one-woman show “Becoming Psychic” to Festivals in the U.S. and Canada.
Alongside her artistic practice, Gada works as a psychic-intuitive, helping individuals understand their inner worlds and creative processes. Her work explores the intersection of intuition and artistry, supporting people in tuning into their own inner language and allowing their creativity to flow with greater clarity and confidence.
