This interactive workshop is all about the idea! You can’t get anywhere in filmmaking without somewhere to start, and so often, this is where people get stuck.
You’re eager to tell stories, yet unsure what stories are yours to tell, convinced your experiences aren’t interesting enough, or tempted to borrow someone else’s narrative. Everyone has stories worth sharing. The key is learning how to uncover them.
In this 2-hour interactive session, participants will uncover ideas rooted in personal interests and lived experiences, explore the narratives that matter most to them, and be encouraged to develop the authentic connections needed to build the relationships and context that help tell those stories with integrity.
** Participants should come ready with at least one or two story ideas you are interested in telling. **
