The Guelph Chamber Choir, with conductor Charlene Pauls and the Emperor String Quartet, is presenting “Sing Amid the Winter’s Snow” on Sunday, November 28 at at 4:00pm at Knox Presbyterian Church (Guelph).
Christmas is the season of music! Experience the joy of the season with the Guelph Chamber Choir as we present holiday favourites and heart-warming readings in a LIVE concert at Knox Presbyterian. We are joined by guest artists the Emperor String Quartet, and will be featuring music by Lauridsen, Mendelssohn, Poulenc, and Tchaikovsky (for those who need their Nutcracker fix). If the Sound of Music is part of your tradition, you will enjoy hearing the choir’s rendition of Edelweiss sung with guitar, just as the Captain would have liked.
Our in-person capacity is limited so be sure to purchase your tickets in advance. We are pleased to offer a live-stream option for those who prefer.
Provincial COVID guidelines will be followed, including proof of full vaccination, audience and choir distancing, and masking.
