Do you like to doodle? Do you want to try something new? Are you looking for a space for making art? If you answered yes to any of these questions, we have just the program for you at the Art Gallery of Guelph!
Beginning March 22, we invite teens ages 13 – 19 to come hang out at the art gallery every second Wednesday from 4 – 6 pm (see calendar below for exact dates). This is an open and diverse space for gently guided creativity and gathering with friends, where no artistic experience is required. AGG’s programming team will lead participants through specialized projects and will be available for support throughout all sessions. Teens are invited bring their own projects or experiment with the materials provided, and most of all, to come as you are. Participants will also have the chance to help decide and plan what art projects the group explores together, including brainstorming a name for this new creative crew. We want to hear from you!
