Operating under Lighthouse Immersive Studios Inc, we’ve put on spectacular immersive shows such as Immersive Van Gogh, Immersive Frida Kahlo and the Bob Marley: One Love Experience.
With more creativity up our sleeves and more incredible shows to come, we’re looking for more friendly, extroverted and professional staff to join our team! We are currently hiring for our new Formula 1 exhibit as well as The Art of Banksy.
As a Lighthouse Host you will interact and engage with visitors on various levels, including, but not limited to, visitor assistance, monitoring, and controlling access to the exhibit.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Conducting the front of house operation of the exhibit.
- Greeting visitors upon arrival.
- Provide information about regulations, facilities, and the exhibit to visitors.
- Firmly yet politely advise visitors of exhibit policies.
- Report emergencies and respond to calls for emergency assistance.
- Maintaining a level of cleanliness within the venue.
- Reporting and counting inventory throughout the venue.
- Other duties as assigned by Venue Management
Job Types: Part-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 6 months
Salary: $16.55 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Weekends as needed
Experience:
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
