The Insights Committee invites submissions from artists residing in the counties of Wellington,
Dufferin, Grey, Huron, Perth, and the City of Guelph for a juried exhibition at the Wellington
County Museum from March 27 to May 25, 2025.
The exhibition is presented through a partnership between the Elora Fergus Arts Council and
the Wellington County Museum & Archives and is generously supported by sponsorships and
donations from individuals and businesses in the community.
IMPORTANT NOTES FOR 2025:
● Registrations will be accepted online until March 17 on the ARTISTS page of the
Insights Art website. Online payment by credit card.
● Artists are asked to upload .JPG images of the artwork being submitted as part of the
registration. These images will not be used in the jurying process. Tips for photography
are available on the website under the FAQ section.
● Artists submitting works that feature recognizable faces must obtain the signed consent
of the subject(s) on the Insights Consent and Release Form, which can be downloaded
from ARTISTS page of the Insights Art website. This form must be submitted when
dropping off the work.

Tips to prepare for the online submission of your artwork
Prepare a document from which you can copy or reference the following as you complete the
application online:
Artwork title, medium and size
Artwork Value (for insurance) and whether it is for sale
Artwork images ready and labelled using the convention:
ArtworkNumber_Lastname.jpg
Optional description of your approach, style or mediums or anything else that is
unique to your work (500 character limit)
In-person artwork drop offs are in the Nicholas Keith Room of the Wellington County Museum
and Archives, 0536 Wellington Road 18, Fergus:
● Sunday, March 16, 12:00 pm to 3:30 pm
● Monday, March 17, 9:30 am to 4:00 pm
