Beautiful Trash for Beautiful People Magazine submissions are open now!
The loose theme for the eighth edition is “NOSTALGIA” and you are being asked to reflect on what nostalgia means to you. Answer through visual art, written works, photography, scribbles, and more, Beautiful Trash wants to see it all! All subject matter is okay from soft to tough.
Submissions of poetry, visual art, thought pieces, journalism, photography, music/book reviews (and more) are welcome. Anything original you made that can be printed, let your imagination run wild!

Beautiful Trash for Beautiful People is an independent magazine for artists from marginalized groups to publish their work. This DIY zine curated by Trashcan Media is a grassroots and community led organization dedicated to boosting and celebrating underrepresented 2SLGBTQ+ artistic voices based and on the unceded territories of the xʷməθkʷəy̓əm, Sḵwx̱wú7mesh, and səlilwətaɬ Nations aka Vancouver.
