About the Role
We’re looking for a Digital Systems & Technology Coordinator (a.k.a. someone who can make our digital world run more smoothly and accessibly!) to join our team. If you’re someone who loves figuring out how systems can work better together, creating clear processes, and ensuring that digital spaces are welcoming and usable for everyone, this could be a great fit. You’ll help us build a stronger digital foundation, from improving software workflows to revamping our website with accessibility at the core.
What You’ll Be Up To:

Audit our internal IT systems (Keela, Google Suite, Skedda, Kisi) for efficiency, usability, and accessibility.

Identify gaps in software integration and propose solutions that better meet organizational needs.

Create software integrations and user workflows to support staff in using internal systems more effectively.

Build clear manuals and workflow documents for internal use.

Design and implement a public-facing booking system for workshops and space rentals using existing tools, prioritizing accessibility and ease of use.

Manage the revamp of Art Not Shame’s website to ensure an accessible, user-centered design that reflects our values.

Audit and optimize online subscription services to ensure efficiency, effectiveness, and cost savings.

Provide technical support to staff and troubleshoot digital systems as needed.

Collaborate with team members to identify technology needs and align digital solutions with organizational priorities.

Ensure compliance with digital accessibility standards, making our online spaces welcoming to individuals with diverse needs.

Offer training sessions and ongoing support to help staff build confidence with new systems and tools.

Eligibility
This full-time, contract position is generously funded by the Government of Canada through the Canada Summer Jobs Program, which requires that the candidate:

Be between 15–30 years old at the start of the position

Be a Canadian citizen, permanent resident, or have refugee protection

Have a valid SIN and be legally able to work in Canada

The work location is onsite at Art Not Shame, 119 Wyndham St. North, Guelph.

This is a contract role based on 30 hours/week at $21.30/hour (Ontario living wage for Guelph-Wellington).
The position duration is 9 weeks, starting June 16th, 2025 (possible flexibility on start date).
