Disruptive Texts is a new, independent Guelph publisher for writers and creators whose work does not always fit neatly within conventional genres or categories. It publishes experimental literary, philosophical and conceptual projects that ask difficult questions, cross disciplines and explore new ways of thinking about art, culture, technology and society.

Books are the starting point. Projects may grow into exhibitions, research and collaborations with artists and cultural organizations. The aim is to help strong ideas travel further, reach new audiences and become part of a wider conversation.
