Potter Harry (yes there is an obvious wizard book joke there), is a Guelph-based creator of colourful functional pottery, focusing on the tension between hand-formed shapes and structured geometry.

Building on a few decades of garden design, followed by community theatre acting, Harry is now working on the artistic side of his world as part of Alchemy Studios in the Ward neighborhood of Guelph. After professional experience in management roles in software, marketing, accounting, consulting and research fields, he is now enjoying the sheer joy of creating, making and sharing usable items.

With the covid pandemic behind us, Harry has chosen to step away from online options in favor of interpersonal connection, and will be sharing his work as "htb potter" at local markets and events.
