You are invited to this year’s Annual General Meeting!
Dear Members & Friends,
This has been quite a year, hasn’t it? GAC has a new Executive Director, a new Strategic Plan, a new office and performance/event venue, a new microgrant program—and there’s a lot more to come. As we move out of the lockdown era and begin to rebuild, we welcome people to join us on June 28th from 7-9pm for an evening of review, renewal and celebration. Meet the staff, the board, get a sneak peak of some of the programs and partnerships we have in the works, and when business is concluded, we will have our traditional Sharefest, the portion of the night where we celebrate YOU, the members.
The Sharefest is a tradition where GAC members may take a couple of minutes to share what you’re working on (artwork, music, literature, etc.), interested in, or curious about.
The best part of all? This year will be IN-PERSON at our new location, the artBar, 37 Quebec Street, Upper Level (site of the former eBar).
The location is fully accessible. Light refreshments will be served—and a reminder that in order to vote your membership must be current. If you’re not sure if your membership is up to date, reach out to [email protected] and we will check.
